The sims is a series of games in which the player can build, enhance and control the lives of the characters in the game. How well you do depends on how well you take care of the Sims needs. They must be well rested, socially interactive, fed, and making enough income (although there are cheats, which we'll get to later)  

Here's a very important tip: To avoid install problems if you have more than one program of the Sims they must be installed in order of release. If they are not, the reg-edit on your computer will be written to and even if you uninstall and do a clean install, it won't work properly.

Download the Sims Art Studio to create hanging wall art for your Sims houses. Tip, you may have to go to your Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display/Settings and change your color quality to 16 bit. These are cheats that are built into the game, the first thing you need to do to utilize these cheats is:
press [CTRL] [SHIFT] [C]
Now that you have done that, try these:
Type:
ROSEBUD to get 1000 dollars
!;!;!;!;!; make sure you have already typed ROSEBUD to get these to work. It's annoying type the exclamation point and semi colon, but each set is worth 1000 dollars, so if you type a bunch of them, you get a bunch of money.
